Wimpy`s Diner in Aurora

Had dinner Wednesday ordered a 5 egg wimpy omelette received small western. No garnishes when I asked about the tomato garnish the waiter went and returned with two small slices, the omelet had a poor taste lost appetite. All I wanted to do is leave. Very bad overall experience will not be returning to that location. 14834 yonge street

Classic diner experience.A small location with maybe 12 tables or so. Very good service from experienced and friendly wait staff. Food came out nice and hot if not super quick. Eggs cooked well which is nice at a place that serves an all day breakfast. It's not fine dining so consider that in the rating. In it's category it's a good value and good quality.

This Wimpy's branch is smaller than other Wimpy's we've been to. The food was great as we expected. The service was friendly and prompt. Our server kept asking if everything was OK.

Stopped by this afternoon to pick up some takeout. It was our first time back at the diner since the Covid 19 shutdown began. We were so happy to see our server Francine, as well as Pan and AJ and Colleen. Missed you guys! Food was freshly prepared with great care as always and Covid 19 Health Protocols are in place to make the experience less stressful. Fish and Chips were fantastic as was the BLT. Fast, fresh and friendly!

Really good Western Sandwich. The service was excellent. We asked for the sandwich and an order of toast so we could split the Western.... It is 4 eggs!For the first time ever, having gone to several Wimpys locations, the server had the cook make two sandwiches for us. A little thing but much appreciated.I suggest you go and try the food yourself

Always great food and friendly service

Small spot but well worth the visit. Greeted and sat very quickly. Serving time and attention was just right. The bill took a little longer than expected but the place was busy so it was expected. Food tasted home made and delicious, portion was more than enough. Price was also good.

Wonderful prices for the amount of food

Home fries look like scalloped potatoes. A receipt comes with your omelette and when you say good morning you get "would you like anything to drink". Our food arrived cold but they were nice enough to put it in the microwave and return it with a slice orange that was on someone else's plate when we gave it to them. So you don't want to have a view of the kitchen and watch them mix your pancakes with a whisk in a bucket on the floor. We did get a 50%, $6 discount on the plate with the receipt. I was overcharged by $3 on another plate so it worked out I guess. The food was tastey so they dont get 2 stars .... still not going back.

Food and service is great, and with the friendly smile and good humour from Francine everything is perfect.

I like the 1950s style of the restaurant. The food (3 eggs Benedict on English muffins with spinach and potatoes and slices of tomato) is tasty, milkshake great, the waitress is kind and attentive.

Good food in a classic diner setting

Great service as always, very friendly staff. Good size portions. A must try...French toast with strawberries. Yum yum.

Will not be back to this particular Wimpy's. They got my order wrong, and instead of a wrap I was presented with a toast sandwich. My parent's food looked and tasted bland. It was also cold in the center. The waitress wouldn't stop trying to strike up a conversation with us, although we kinda made it clear by our short answers that we just wanted to be left alone to eat. Will not be patronizing this establishment again.

We loved the new and improved Wimpy's. Great atmosphere, great music, great food and great service. Jenna was very friendly and welcoming. We'll be back for the dessert, still full from the main course.

Great diner/establishment. I get breakfast here several times a week. Literally more than i make it in my own kitchen so obviously the food is great. The severs Jenna and Heather are always amazingly friendly even when working 12 hours shifts and the place is very busy I have never not been treated kindly and greeted with smiles.The owner Pan is a great man, very kind and friendly.I would rate 6 stars if i could! My favorite place to eat in all of Aurora

We love going for late breakfast at our community diner. Never a bad meal and the staff are welcoming and happy to come to work. When the cook remembers your order as soon as tou walk in the door makes me smile. We'll be recommending this spot to all of our friends.

No service no good food. Home fries were undercooked. My fries came much later than my sandwich and we ordered a chocolate chip pancake and it came without them so they had to redo it. I do that know if I'd go back to this location. The one in Bayview Avenue Aurora we had no issues with.

We had a fantastic experience here. Was greeted very warmly when we arrived. The place is very small and cozy. We were told to choose where to sit and a server came immediately with menus. Service was very friendly and the food came quick. Quality of the food was excellent. We ordered breakfast and we enjoyed every item. Overall this is a great little spot. Only thing is it could use a heck of a deep clean especially the window sills.
